I'm re-reading Hagakure: The Book of the Samurai.
Believe it or not the book was brought to my attention by a film...Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai. :)

With a wife and three daughters i dont have the time..or lets be honest, the intelligence or patience to read a novel.

I read while in the bathroom. Especially if it's a hard to get into book, I've read every cleaning fluid and shampoo bottle.
Takes me 4 months to read a 300-400 page book if I only read it in the library/bathroom.
It's the only place you're not gonna get disturbed. :)

'Last Shop Standing' by Graham Jones. Great read about the demise of independent record shops. Some funny stories.

Re-reading Harry Potter & the Philosophers Stone. Reading it with little 'un. We're reading at least a chapter each weekend, and reading 2 pages each out loud. :)

It's an easy read ,only about 100 pages.
spoiler:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
The plots fairly simple. Man at a loose end, gets involved in another person's problems and ends up killing some nasty bit of work. He ends up paying the price as he doesn't seem to care that much even to save himself.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Funny how I like french writers , films etc. but not fussed on the people and a lot of other things french.
