I just booked a 3 day break to Benidorm with my OH. We are going on 5th Feb. I know Benidorm is pretty naf but for all inclusive for 3 days including flights and transfers it is only costing us £134 EACH. It is nice just to get away

I enjoyed Benidorm when I went. All those free trips. I went to quite a few places. I also enjoyed the promenade and sititng on a bench watching the cute guys walk by.

I've never been to Ibiza. I promised myself I would go before I was 40 (got into clubbing in my 30s) but it never happened. Maybe one day..... Nic I went to Benidorm a few years ago and it wasn't as bad as I expected. I hope you're prepared for OAP central at this time of year though! The place I've been to most often is Puerto Rico in Gran Canaria, so I guess you could say it's my fave.

I am prepared for the OAP's but just having a break will be nice. Maybe a little bit of sun if I am lucky

There's quite lot of snobbery about Spain but I love it! Stayed in a villa just outside Alicante last year, and it was fabulous. The cheapest holiday I've been on, even though we went in August.
I quite fancy one of the Greek Islands this year, as I've never been before.

I enjoy city breaks over beach holidays, but I'll choose my favorite out of both. My favorite European city has to be Berlin. I went last summer for a few days with my friends on a road trip of Germany and I just love the place. My Favorite non European city is Tunis, I loved the atmosphere and how it mixed Europe and Africa together. At one end of the road there would be shops selling western brands, on the other end there was an old medina selling everything from handmade leather goods to exotic fruits! My favorite beach holiday has either been in Tunisia, we stayed in Hammamet, but our hotel was well away from the touristy area, or in Greece on the Island of Kefalonia.

Don't really get to go on holiday anymore (can't afford it) but I used to love Famara (the surfers beach) on Lanzarote. Or maybe it was more the surfers I loved...Great hippy atmosphere.

I've been to Rhodes and really liked it. Just stay away from Faliraki... the rest of the island is very nice indeed. I loved Rhodes Town at night and Lindos was simply stunning to visit in the daytime.

I love Scotland too especially the west coast and the islands, used to go every year when I was a kid in an old Sherpa camper van. Isle of Mull is probably my favourite closely followed by Jura.

My favourite holiday ever was a rice boat tour of the back waters in Kerala. It was absolutely magical. Other than that I like Copenhagen or Stockholm. Nice clean and modern! I go to Paris quite regularly (my hubby is a fan of French pop music and we go to concerts now and again) and I enjoy that but it's difficult to eat there as a vegan and I find that frustrating.

Yeah, that's the best bit. I was in a cottage last year near Kyle of Lochalsh and not only was it fantastic (as ever) but it actually stayed sunny for the whole week!!
