Well tomorrow is the start of 40 days where a lot of people give up various things...

Last year I gave up Greggs goods - if you knew me you'd know my love for their pastry products

This year I shall attempt to give up Facebook - I feel I may fail within a couple of days lol, but I can only try!

Well I won't be giving up anything on that basis. I've already given up smoking and travelling around the world shagging as many women ( and the odd alley cat ) as possible.

I will be giving up eating unhealthy food like wot I usually does.

I will be giving up NOT exercising ( about bloody time too )

Cutting down on chocolate , Whiskey and biccies.

Giving up NOT tidying the place.

Giving up having long scruffy hair.
