I like dropbox, it is very easy to use, any pics I take on my mobile are uploaded automatically when in wi-fi range. Though I only have one GB out of 4.5 of my storage left to go.

I discovered a fairly new one called 'copy.com' which gives 15 GB free storage. Or 20 GB if you sign up by my link below -

https://copy.com?r=4bHAkw

I also get another 5GB if you do that. But I'm not greedy so if you sign up then post your own link to get more too. :)

It seems very handy as it is drag and drop, has IOS and Android apps. No need to open the website to get a link to post online.

I can transfer some of my dropbox stuff onto there to free up space.

If you have some importnat docs, photos etc. that you don't want to lose then it may be worth a look.

p.s. although encrypted I cannot guarantee that the UK and US security services cannot access it - but then what is secure these days eh ? :)

You can bet your bottom dollar that some cunt is watching absolutely everything.

Indeed.

I won't be putting anything that might be embarrassing onto online storage. All the child pornography and pictures of crumbs' stained Y-fronts ( I don't know why he sends them to me  ) won't be going near there. Don't want the Y-fronts to leak do we. :) My plans to overthrow the state by violence will stay on my hard drive. As will my banking details (encrypted of course). :)

Lots of things aren't of any use to others but may be valuable to store in case of a drive crash. I also have a back-up drive and occasionally use memory sticks but things can still go wrong.

I avoid posting anything on either of my Facebook accounts - I don't trust it at all. :):
