I've been watching this film for the last 3/4 of an hour and am really struggling with the lack of clarity in the actors' speech. The South Boston accent I can understand just fine, but they speak really fast and slur their words to an extent that I suspect only natives could get what they're saying.....I'm actually glad there's a subtitle file with the film, and I'm going to use it now.

I love Morgan Freeman and didn't realise he had freckles on his face, like a wee boy....They're very noticeable in this film. OTOH, maybe it's make up.....He's by far the best thing about the film, apart from the woman who plays Dot, a complete unknown who got in the film when Ben Affleck heard her cursing in a crowd watching the filming.

I did Mike - it was nothing at all like what I expected and I think I may watch it again with someone who hasn't seen it....

I can't believe how lie Madaliene McCann the girl in the film was....
