Apparently the new Bond movie took £40m in first week in the UK.

I won't be going to see it, maybe watch it when it becomes available to watch at home - but will I bovver even then? Dunno. :)

I won't.

there's been some brilliant films made over the last 100 years I'm not totally anti-film, but I've no interest these days. Maybe I'm suffering from the film equivalent of "Music of today is shit and old music is much better syndrome" I dunno :)

I watched Skyfall a while back, really enjoyed it. Just like Bond, they're not averse to killing characters off. Javier Bardem killing "M" was unthinkable. Blowing up an Aston Martin is a disgrace, and blowing up Bond's ancestral home is unforgivable. Nevertheless...........Boom.

There's more of the same, I believe, in Spectre. I'll probably buy the DVD, maybe even on Blu Ray...............

Do things in films still explode three times?
