Not sure about this one but

Day of the Dead??

(The one set in the Shopping Mall.) I know they had to go through the ceiling at one point.

The one set in the shopping mall was Dawn of the Dead - I don't remember any ventilation ducts in it. Day of the Dead was set in the military bunker.

I just remember this bit where they had to get through the ceiling, I think one got bit trying to climb up?

It's a difficult catagory, I keep thinking of films where people should be crawling through air ducts but actually don't. And then there's the whole confusion with false ceilings.
I mean think of all the war films, people should be crawling around air ducts to escape or spy but I can't remember any that actually do.

I'm thinking of suggesting a sub catagory of sewers to the powers that be. :chin:
Got a whole load of them. :D
