I'd have to say that Joyeux Noel was one of the worst films I've seen in a very long time, despite it's noble intentions.

I have not seen that one yet ...what a pity because the true story is brilliant ...

The original The Time Machine went also into quite some detail on how man can destroy the planet with nuclear arms, though HG Wells could never have seen the absolute destruction they could cause.
